Moscow, November 25, 2022 – The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of Enel Russia has been held today. The new composition of the Board of Directors was elected, and the Charter was approved in a new edition, involving a change in the corporate name to Public Joint Stock Company EL5-Energo and transition to the www.el5-energo.ru domain. The amendments to the Charter shall be enacted for the third parties upon the state registration.
