Representatives of EL5-Energo PJSC took part in the Career Day, a large-scale career guidance event held by Murmansk Arctic University where the leading enterprises of energy, engineering and marine industries told the prospective specialists about the advantages of their companies, as well as the prospects for cooperation.
On this day EL5-Energo experts told the students about the project implemented in the region - construction of the largest wind farm in the world beyond the Arctic Circle, Kola wind farm, as well as made a deep dive in the initiatives being implemented by the company in the regions of its operation. Moreover, a master class was held to help the students get a clear understanding of how to draw up their first CVs, prepare for an interview and boost their careers. About 100 university students attended the company’s event.
The experts of EL5-Energo highlighted that participation in such events allows to get acquainted with talented students who can become the company’s employees in future. Moreover, thanks to such activities, the students can decide where to start their professional journey.
Under the agreement on academic and scientific cooperation with Murmansk Arctic University EL5-Energo PJSC represented in the region by Kola wind farm conducts an educational series of lectures and master classes by experts of the energy company as well as offers scholarship programs to students for the second year in a row.
