According to the National Corporate Governance Index, an annual research conducted by the TopCompetence Corporate Development Center involving Moscow Exchange and the Center for System Transformations of the Economics Faculty at Moscow State University named after M.L. Lomonosov, EL5-Energo ranks among the top 20 leading companies in terms of corporate governance for the fifth consecutive year.
As per the results of the research having been under way for 6 months (from July 1 to December 15, 2023), EL5-Energo confirmed once again its leadership in corporate governance and ESG, being among the top 20 leading companies on a par with the largest financial, telecommunications and industrial companies in Russia.
The National Corporate Governance Index is an annual independent study of corporate governance in the top 100 largest companies by capitalization trading ordinary shares on Moscow Exchange. It is aimed at analysing the development of the best Russian corporate governance practices.
