EL5-Energo PJSC and the federal state budgetary educational institution of higher education Ivanovo State Power Engineering University named after V. I. Lenin" (ISPU) signed an agreement on practical training of students at the company's facilities. This 5-year agreement stipulates practical training and internships for the students, as well as the possibility of employment for the ISPU graduates at EL5-Energo’s production branches, first and foremost at Konakovskaya GRES (Tver region) being one of the largest power plants in the central Russia, the eighth largest thermal power plant in the country in terms of capacity.
Thanks to its scale and technical equipment, Konakovskaya GRES (having the installed electrical capacity of 2,520 MW and the thermal capacity of 120 Gcal*hour) provides unique opportunities for gaining practical experience in the energy sector. KGRES internship will allow the ISPU students to consolidate the knowledge acquired at the university, as well as gain practical experience in their profession in favor of their future career.
Alexey Gusenkov, the Vice-Rector for Education at Ivanovo State Power Engineering University noted that ISPU welcomes the enhancement of cooperation with the leading electric power companies in Russia and the creation of new opportunities for students to gain practical experience at the flagship enterprises of the industry.

The signing procedure took place as part of the Job Fair held by Ivanovo Energy University where EL5-Energo took part for the first time.
