In Tver the winners of the regional annual “The Best Enterprise of the Upper Volga Region in the Social and Labor Sphere” contest which engaged 144 participating companies were announced.
Based on the results of the contest Konakovskaya GRES, a branch of EL5-Energo PJSC ranked second in a difficult struggle in the Best Collective Agreement nomination. However, it was not the only award: in the nomination "Best Health and Safety Expert of the Upper Volga Region" the second award was granted to Yury Krupenin, Health and Safety Specialist at Konakovskaya GRES.
The judging panel consisted of the experts from the Main Department of Occupation and Employment of the region, the Ministry of Education and Regional Policy of Tver Region, the State Labor Inspectorate and the regional branch of Social Fund of Russia, representatives of public organizations and businesses. The contest was held in eight nominations.
The Federation of Tver Trade Unions highly appreciated as well the social and occupational indicators in the company and awarded Konakovskaya GRES with a letter of gratitude for its great contribution to the organization of work on health and safety as well as prevention of occupational injuries, fruitful cooperation on prevention and reduction of accidents at work.
We’d like to highlight that Konakovskaya GRES is one of the largest suppliers of electricity and heat in the region, employing more than 360 people.
