Mikhail Vereshchagin
Deputy General Director – People and Organization

In 1991, Mikhail Vereshchagin graduated the Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia with a degree in Biotechnology and in 2002 - the London Metropolitan University with a degree in Human Resources Strategies.

From 1991 to 1997 he was in charge of business development, sales and worked as a consultant in a number of Russian and international companies in Russia and the CIS.

From 1997 to 2005, Mr. Vereshchagin held senior positions at PepsiCo/Frito-Lay Russia in the commercial and HR divisions.

From 2005 to 2014, he worked as HR Director in the Russian divisions of Lafarge, Tele2 and Renault.

From 2014 to 2019, he was Vice President of Human Resources in the Eurasian business region of the Renault Group, which included Russia, Turkey and other CIS countries and Eastern Europe.

Since 2019 – Associate Professor at the HR Department of the Higher School of Economics.

In 2020, Mikhail Vereshchagin was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director – Head of People and Organization in EL5-Energo (previously Enel Russia).
