Elena Vasilyeva graduated the Russian State Social University with a degree in Economics.

She began her career within the company in 2004 as an economist, then held a number of positions in the tariff control and management department.

In 2017, she was appointed as head of the thermal generation control department.

Since September 1, 2021, she has been appointed to the position of Head of Procurement.
