Olga Maslova graduated the Moscow Power Engineering Institute with a degree in relay protection and automation of electric power systems, the British Higher School of Design, and the Moscow Psychological and Social University.

Olga began her career at EL5-Energo (previously Enel Russia) in 2008 as a trader in the Commercial department, where she was involved in the development of trading on the Moscow Energy Exchange and the conclusion of contracts for the supply of electricity and capacity.

Then she organized access to exchange trading for the Rusenergosbyt company. She worked as a trader at Enel Trade in Italy (exchange trading on European platforms). After returning to Russia, she took the position of a business assistant to the General Director of PJSC EL5-Energo.

Since September 2018, Olga has been appointed as Senior Innovation Manager at EL5-Energo and Head of the Innovation Center. The main activity of the hub is the search for technologies, research and adaptation of innovative products, interaction with start-ups and promotion of the development of Russia's innovation ecosystem.
