In 1997 Valery Grishachev graduated from Yaroslavl Higher Military Financial School with a degree in Economics, in 2008 he completed an MBA degree in the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

He started his career in the Company in 2006 as the Chief Accountant of the Konakovskaya GRES branch. From 2009 to 2016, he worked as Chief Accountant in Kaluga Turbine Works JSC, Linde Gas Rus JSC. Since 2016, he worked as Director of Accounting and Tax Accounting – Chief Accountant. Since 2017, he is the General Director of EL5-Finance LLC.

Since 2002, member of the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia.

Since 2022, member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of Great Britain, ACCA.
