Graduated from Moscow State University of Service in 2001 with a qualification as a manager.

In 2011 studied at the SDA Bocconi/IESE Business School - Leadership for Energy Program.

Completed professional retraining at the Institute of National Educational Problems and has a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences degree.

He has more than 15 years of experience in procurement in companies in various industries – from airlines to oil and gas industry.

In 2008, he started working at EL5-Energo PJSC as a leading specialist in the Procurement Division. In January 2014, he was appointed Head of Procurement.

Since 2021, he has headed the Business Development within thermal generation in Russia, the Division for Import Substitution of Production Equipment. He had played a key role completing the construction of the Kola Wind Farm.

In May 2023, he was appointed Director of the Azov Wind Farm.
