Supply chain

Developing a sustainable supply chain is one of the top priorities on our way to achieving the target of increasing overall sustainability level of our company. To this end, we are constantly developing and improving our supplier selection model. During the selection process, we take into account not only competitive price and technical acceptability, but also reliability and sustainability of our potential counterparties. It is important for us to minimize and, where possible, prevent potential procurement risks and build long-term, reliable relationships with suppliers. Before starting any collaboration, we always qualify all suppliers without exception, and based on the results of the collaboration, we give an assessment that allows us to improve the procurement process in the future.

In 2021, we significantly updated the library of Sustainability K-factors applied to our potential suppliers during the tendering process.

By implementing sustainable supply chain practices, we are contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal.

In addition to checking our suppliers for sustainability and reliability, we pay great attention to supporting local suppliers, thus investing in the social and economic well-being of the regions. We strive to support local producers in the regions where our key production assets are located.
