Social grant competition
The well-being of the people who work in our company and live in the regions where we operate is one of our core values.
In conducting our operations, we assess our direct and indirect impact on society and the surrounding area.
In 2022, as part of the Community support and development program, we launched the Grant Competition in order to achieve a positive social impact, improve the quality of life and develop the human potential of the population in the regions where we operate.
We are pleased to support the most relevant targeted projects being implemented in the following regions:
- Murmansk Region (Kola district)
- Rostov Region (Azov district)
- Sverdlovsk Region (city of Sredneuralsk)
- Stavropol Territory (city of Nevinnomyssk)
- Tver region (city of Konakovo and Konakovo district)
We invite you to take part in the competition:

- Initiative groups of residents of the regions,
- Public institutions,
- Social entrepreneurs,
- Non-profit and public organizations in the regions.

- Protection of human rights and freedoms, promotion of diversity and assistance to vulnerable people, including underrepresented and disadvantaged groups

- Preservation of historical memory
