Human rights policy


In our activities, we are specifically committed to respecting human rights, considering them a priority of all business processes. We strive to respect human rights not only within the perimeter of our company, but also beyond it, covering both the entire value creation chain.

Our human rights principles are the foundation of the Company's mission and values and are based on best corporate and public practices. PJSC EL5-Energo's commitment to ensuring respect for human rights is enshrined in the Human Rights Policy, which applies to all persons directly or indirectly associated with the Company's operations.

Regarding recruitment practices:

We believe that a high level of awareness and commitment plays an important role in respecting human rights, which is why EL5-Energo is developing a human-centered corporate culture.

In our company, the primary responsibility for managing human rights issues is shared between the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development, the Director of Internal Audit and the Head of Sustainability. In addition, some human rights issues fall under the responsibility of the HSEQ (Health and Safety, Environment and Quality) Directorate and the Procurement Directorate in terms of monitoring compliance with human rights requirements by our potential and current contractors.

In addition, two employees of the Legal Affairs and Corporate Relations Directorate, who are also specialists, trainers and experts certified by a leading international intergovernmental organization in the field of human rights protection, carry out high-level human rights monitoring.

 

Feedback helps us to better monitor compliance with the standards of conduct established in the Company. EL5-Energo PJSC has communication channels that can be used to report potential or actual violations.
