Ethics and anti-corruption
We are convinced that integrity and ethical business conduct is the basis for the long-term success of any company and the trust from stakeholders. We are actively developing in this direction. The main document on which our company relies in matters of ethical behavior is the Code of Ethics. The Code contains the key ethical values of the company and has been prepared taking into account the best international and Russian practices.
Diligent and ethical business conduct is impossible without complete intolerance and active opposition to corruption in all its manifestations. We understand that corruption is an obstacle to economic, political and social development, and a serious violation of the rules of correctness and transparency of the markets, and we make every effort to prevent this phenomenon in our company. Our obligations in this regard are enshrined in the Code of Ethics, the Provision on Zero Tolerance to Corruption in PJSC EL5-Energo and the Policy for the Prevention of Corruption, and our management model complies with the Global Compliance Program within the framework of corporate criminal liability.
By developing our anti-corruption practices, we contribute to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
In 2023, PJSC EL5-Energo received an international certificate confirming the compliance of the Anti-Corruption Management System of PJSC EL5-Energo with the requirements of the international standard ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Corruption Management Systems.
According to the Anti-Corruption Policy and the Guidelines for the Anti-Corruption Management System of PJSC EL5-Energo, control over compliance with the requirements of the Code of Ethics is carried out by the Internal Audit Department of PJSC EL5-Energo, headed by the Head of Internal Audit.
The management of anti-corruption issues and the implementation of anti-corruption measures is carried out by a specially created Committee headed by the General Director.
All interested parties associated with PJSC EL5-Energo with business relations can report any committed or alleged violations of the Code of Ethics to the Internal Audit Department of PJSC Enel Russia using the feedback form.
