Governance and Leadership

We are actively working on the development of our corporate governance system and achieve high results in this process.

Our goal is to develop a transparent and efficient corporate governance system to maintain a high level of trust and increase the investment attractiveness of the company. Our corporate governance system is aligned with:

• the requirements of the Russian Federation legislation and the Listing Rules of PJSC Moscow Exchange;
• the best national practices;
• the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code recommended by the Bank of Russia.

Over the years of our work, we have managed to achieve significant results in implementation of advanced corporate governance standards contained in the Corporate Governance Code (CGC).

Since 2018, we have been successfully implementing more than 90% of the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code every year and plan to continue to maintain a high level of compliance with the recommendations of the CGC.

By ensuring fair and good governance in our company, we contribute to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goal.
