Moscow, June 14, 2022 – New appointments took place among the key executives of PJSC Enel Russia, the changes came into force on June 1, 2022.

Natalya Raveleva was appointed Head of Legal Affairs. Ms. Raveleva has been employed in power sector for almost 20 years, 11 of which she held the position of Head of Civil Law Unit of PJSC Enel Russia. She graduated with distinction from Perm State University with a degree in law.

Andrey Zontov was appointed Head of Corporate Relations. He will combine this position with that of the Corporate Secretary of PJSC Enel Russia. Mr. Zontov's total experience in power sector is more than 15 years. He began his career in the company in 2010 as a corporate relations manager, and in 2012 he was appointed Head of Corporate Relations unit. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Perm State University and completed the "Corporate Secretary" advanced training program of the National Association of Corporate Secretaries.

Natalya Raveleva and Andrey Zontov were previously included in the personnel reserve for key management positions as part of the regular succession planning process.
