Moscow, December 9, 2022 – As per the decision of the Company’s Board of Directors Alibek Tnalin is appointed to the post of the General Director of PJSC EL5-Energo.

Zhanna Sedova, who previously headed the company, undertakes her previous position of Deputy General Director – Head of Legal Affairs and Corporate Relations. Leading the company in such complicated external circumstances, Zhanna Sedova proved to be an effective crisis manager and together with her team she managed not only to maintain but also to improve the company's financial performance.

Alibek Tnalin’s professional experience in the energy sector amounts to over 20 years. Holding the top positions for the last 13 years at PJSC LUKOIL, Mr. Tnalin took an active part in the formation and development of the electric power business in the company. For the last 2 years he headed JSC VDK-Energo, one of the largest energy companies in the south of Russia and the main supplier of thermal energy in Astrakhan, Volzhsky, Rostov-on-Don and Krasnodar. In 1998 Mr. Tnalin graduated from MGIMO University (Moscow State Institute of International Relations). He has an acknowledgment and an honorary certificate issued by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
