Moscow, April 28th, 2022 – Yesterday the Board of Directors of Enel Russia approved changes in the company’s management.
Nina Leonova, who has been working as a company’s Finance and Insurance Director for the last 7 years, is appointed Chief Financial Officer. In this position she replaces Yulia Matyushova, who has decided to leave the company and continue her professional experience outside it. Yulia Matyushova has been working for the company for about 16 years, during which she actively contributed to its development. Her merits received wide recognition in Russian business communities, as evidenced by numerous professional awards to her.
Nina Leonova graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a master's degree in Finance and Credit in 2000. Then she worked in the banking and industrial sectors. Nina Leonova joined Enel Russia in 2010 as Head of corporate finance and treasury. In 2015, she was appointed Director of Finance and Insurance.
