Moscow, July 27th, 2018 – The Board of Directors of PJSC Enel Russia approved a revised list of key management positions within the company and the appointment of its related executives.

Stephane Zweguintzow, former Director for External Relations and Sustainability, has been appointed Head of Human Resources and Organization as well as takes on the position of Deputy General Director. Mr. Zweguintzow replaces Galina Shirinova, who left the company to pursue other interests.

Stephane Zweguintzow has been working in the Enel Group for 18 years taking on several managerial positions. In 2014, he assumed the role of Director for External relations and Sustainability in Enel Russia.

The former External Relations and Sustainability unit no longer exists and has been broken down into separate units: Communications, Institutional Affairs that have been merged with Regulatory Affairs, and Sustainability that will be headed by Mr. Zweguintzow ad interim.

Alsu Zagorskaya, former Head of Media Relations, has been appointed by the Board of Directors as the new Head of Communications of Enel Russia.

Mrs. Zagorskaya joined Enel Russia External Relations Department in 2013 where she assumed several roles. Since April 2016, she has been working as the company’s Head of Media Relations. Mrs. Zagorskaya has a degree in Public Relations and is a skilled and experienced communications professional.

These changes will be effective starting from August 18th, 2018.
