PJSC Enel Russia signed a Memorandum of Academic cooperation with Kazan State Power Engineering University

Kazan, May 30, 2022 – PJSC Enel Russia and Kazan State Power Engineering University signed a Memorandum of Academic Cooperation aimed at bilateral cooperation for the development of academic, scientific and cultural partnerships. The document provides for joint innovative educational and scientific activities in the sectors of energy, environment, health and safety, social disciplines and other areas related to the development of energy sector and sustainable development practices.

During the signing ceremony Enel Russia was represented by Viktor Naboichenko, Head of Regulatory and Government Relation. On behalf of Kazan State Power Engineering University, the document was signed by the university president, Edward Abdullazyanov.

In the signed Memorandum, the parties agreed to share expertise, provide advice and organize all types of inernships for students and graduate students of Kazan State Power Engineering University. In addition, the agreement opens up the possibility of supporting specialized education in the future, including awarding of personal corporate scholarships and rewards for best students and teachers of the university in accordance with the annual program for Support and Development of Local Communities of the utility company Enel Russia.

This is already the second agreement signed with Kazan State Power Engineering University, aimed at developing scientific ties. Previously, the company entered into a number of cooperation agreements with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan.
