Konakovskaya GRES has been recognized by Rosprirodnadzor

On November 29th the city of Tver hosted public hearings focused on projects and initiatives implemented by regional companies in the sphere of ecological and environmental protection. The event was organized by the Federal Natural Resources Agency of Tver region (Rosprirodnadzor).

Ilya Novozhilov, Konakovskaya GRES Director spoke about power plant activities aimed at environmental protection. He mentioned projects already implemented and described as well yearly environmental initiatives and campaigns.

Rosprirodnadzor recognized the contribution of Enel Russia and KGRES in particular in environmental protection and awarded the power plant with a special Certificate of Gratitude. 

“This Certificate stresses once again the importance of responsible approach for solving the environmental tasks and challenges we face today. We are extremely proud that KGRES was granted such a valuable recognition. We will keep on implementing our projects and initiatives aimed at environmental protection and improvement of ecology in the region”
