Enel Russia General Director Carlo Palasciano Villamagna participated at the «Investing in Regions – Investing in the Future» forum organized by the Russian Direct Investment Fund.
The forum provides a unique platform for ideas exchange between federal and regional authorities and representatives of business and international investment community on important issues of Russian regions’ development.
Carlo Palasciano spoke in the plenary session entitled “Regional investment promotion as a key to unlock Russian economic potential”. He concentrated on successful experience of Enel, as an international investor, in realization of projects in the Russian regions of the company’s presence. He underlined as well the role of the RDIF in the development of the new company’s projects.

The Forum brought together key players such as Valentina Matviyenko, Chair of the Federation Council of the RF Federal Assembly, Andrei Belousov, Aide to the RF President, Kirill Dmitriev, CEO of the RDIF, to ensure efficient dialogue between regions and potential investors in order to implement promising investment projects that lay the foundation for national economic growth.
