The Executive Board of the Company is a collective executive body of the Company.
The Executive Board acts on the basis of the Charter, as well as in accordance with the Regulation on the Executive Board approved by the General Shareholders Meeting. This sets out the terms and procedure for the convening and holding its meetings, as well as the decision-making procedure.
