Alsu Zagorskaya graduated with honors from the State University of Management with a degree in Public Relations with Knowledge of Foreign Languages in 2009.

Prior to joining EL5-Energo (previously Enel Russia), she worked in the aviation business, supervising the sales of the Russian division of a foreign air company.

In 2013 she started her career in EL5-Energo within the department of External Relations, and since 2016 she headed the press office of PJSC EL5-Energo.

In August 2018, she has been appointed to the position of Head of Communications of EL5-Energo.

Alsu Zagorskaya has extensive professional knowledge and experience in communications and public relations. Her area of expertise includes the development and implementation of the company's communication strategy for external and internal audiences, brand positioning in the market, media relations, digital and internal communications.
