In 1998 Mr. Tnalin graduated from MGIMO University (Moscow State Institute of International Relations).

Alibek Tnalin’s professional experience in the energy sector amounts to over 20 years. Holding the top positions for the last 13 years at PJSC LUKOIL, Mr. Tnalin took an active part in the formation and development of the electric power business in the company. For the last 2 years he headed JSC VDK-Energo, one of the largest energy companies in the south of Russia and the main supplier of thermal energy in Astrakhan, Volzhsky, Rostov-on-Don and Krasnodar. December 9, 2022, as per the decision of the Company’s Board of Directors Alibek Tnalin was appointed to the post of the General Director of PJSC EL5-Energo.

Mr.Tnalin has an acknowledgment and an honorary certificate issued by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
