Larisa Rozhina is a graduate of Rostov State Academy of Economics with a degree in Accounting and Audit.

She has international certification as well as Russian supplementary education in internal audit. Her professional experience in internal audit is more than 15 years.

She possesses an extensive practical expertise in developing and optimizing internal audit practices in public joint stock companies.

In February 2022, she was appointed Head of Internal Audit at VDK-Energo JSC, one of the largest energy companies in the south of Russia.

On December 9, 2022, by resolution of the Board of Directors, she was appointed Head of Internal Audit at EL5-Energo PJSC.
