In 1994 Sergey Rozenberg graduated the Kharkov Aviation Institute (Ukraine).

In 2005, he completed professional retraining under the program of RAO "UES of Russia" "Company Development Management" at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Since 1994 he has been working in electric power companies. From 1994 to 2003, he worked in the generation divisions as a shift engineer, then as Deputy Head of the Central Technical Information Administration of JSC Stavropolskaya GRES, in 2003 he moved to the field of information technology to the position of Information Technology Director of JSC Stavropolskaya GRES of RAO UES of Russia, was a member of the company’s Executive Board.

Since 2006, he has been working at PJSC EL5-Energo (previously Enel Russia) as Deputy Director for Information Technology, from 2012 to the present, Mr. Rozenberg is the Head of Digital Solutions at EL5-Energo.
