In 2009, Sergey Rachkin graduated the Moscow Psychological and Social Institute with a degree in Civil Law. At the same time, he has an education in the field of energy.

Until 2005, he worked in law enforcement bodies.

From 2005 to 2012, he worked in the Security Department of Konakovskaya GRES (since 2006, a branch of JSC OGK-5).

Since 2012, he has been the head of information security at EL5-Energo (previously Enel Russia). Mr. Rachkin was engaged in the construction, development and management of a system of protective measures to counter security threats.

Sergey Rachkin currently holds the position of Head of Security and Services. He is responsible for ensuring the physical security of company facilities, managing critical situations, reducing risks for employees, infrastructural, information and economic security, as well as ensuring the performance of service functions.
