Dmitry Geld graduated from Samara State Technical University in 1995 and received a bachelor's degree in electrical Engineering, Electromechanics and Electrotechnology, and in 1996 a master's degree in Electrical Drive and Automation of Industrial Installations and Technological Complexes.

In 2006, he underwent professional retraining in the direction of "Management" at the Togliatti Academy of Management.

The total work experience of Mr.Geld in the energy sector is more than 25 years.

Mr. Geld began his career in PJSC EL5-Energo (previously Enel Russia) in 2012 as a manager for coordination and control of industrial health and safety of the occupational safety department, then he was transferred to the position of an internal audit manager.

In 2014, he was appointed Deputy Director for Repair of Sredneuralskaya GRES of PJSC EL5-Energo.

In 2015, he became Deputy Director for Production - Chief Engineer of Sredneuralskaya GRES of PJSC EL5-Energo.

Since December 2017, he was appointed director of Sredneuralskaya GRES of PJSC EL5-Energo.
