Matvej Atzeni Moskvitin graduated the Faculty of Philology of the University of Cagliari (Italy). He has a second higher education (MBA) in the field of management of energy companies from the State University of Management.

He began his career as a cultural and linguistic intermediary in the regional administration of Cagliari.

His career in the energy sector began in 2008 at JSC OGK-5 as a business assistant to the financial director, and in 2011 he became a business assistant to the general director. From 2012 to 2016, he held the position of Internal Audit Manager.

From March 2016 to May 2020, he held the position of Deputy General Director for the Market at the power supply company LLC Rusenergosbyt.

Since June 2020, he has been at the position of Commercial Director and a member of the Executive Board of PJSC EL5-Energo (previously Enel Russia).
